01 · The signs
Signs it's time for a cleanup.
- Nobody can find the latest version of anything.
- Customer details live in three places and match in none of them.
- Years of files sit in folders nobody wants to open.
- Requests and quotes depend on somebody remembering them.
- Nobody is quite sure who owns the next step.
- You wrote down how things should be done, but you still have to check whether anyone did.
None of this means anyone is doing a bad job. It builds up while everyone is busy doing the actual work.
02 · Step one
The Rescue Hour.
-
How the office runs now
First 10 minutes
Where your files and records live, where requests arrive, who touches them, and how you keep track.
-
Trace real examples
Next 30 minutes
We follow a few real files, requests or jobs from start to finish. One that went well, and one that went sideways.
-
Name the three fixes
Last 20 minutes
Where things pile up or fall through, the evidence we saw, which fix comes first, and which checks could run without you watching.
You show me the examples on your screen. No passwords, no uploading files, no handing over access.
03 · Step two
Then the Cleanup.
Step two
The Cleanup
$1,500 to $3,000
CAD, founding price, quoted in writing
I clean up the part of your office that costs you the most, then set up simple checks that flag a missed step, so it doesn't slide back. Up to three connected fixes, usually about two weeks.
Bigger cleanups go in stages, each one quoted in writing before I start, with what's included and what isn't. Your $149 comes off if you book within 14 days.
The report is yours either way. You're welcome to make the fixes yourself.
Later, only if it fits
Keep It Clean
Being tested with founding clients. No price yet.
If the cleanup leaves a process that can be checked reliably, I can test simple monthly checks with you that flag a missed step. Your team still does the work. You spend less time checking everything yourself.
04 · Fit
Is this a fit?
A good fit if
- You run a busy service business in Niagara.
- More than one person touches the work, or you're the one chasing everything.
- You can show me a few real examples.
- The person who makes the decisions will be there.
Not a fit if
- You need computer repair or IT support.
- You want a full switch to new software.
- You expect the fixes done inside the $149.
- There isn't enough work moving through the office yet.
05 · Your information
How I treat your information.
- In the Rescue Hour, you show me examples on your screen. Nothing is uploaded or sent to me.
- For the cleanup, I get my own access to only what we agree, and it's removed when we finish.
- I never ask for your passwords.
- What I see stays between us, and I put that in writing.
- I do the work myself. It is never handed to anyone else.
About Jake
I am Jake. I live in St. Catharines and I do this work myself. You deal with one local person from the first phone call to the finished job, and I explain everything in plain English.
Niagara Office Rescue is new. These first five clients are the founding round, and they help me learn what Niagara offices need most.
Cleaned up fast. Kept that way.
It starts with the Rescue Hour: one hour, $149. Send the form or call, and we'll see if it's a fit.
